Dr. Abhirupa specializes in Developmental Disabilities and has done her Masters in Occupational Therapy from one of the most prestigious colleges of India SVNIRTAR, Odisha. She was drawn into this profession from her sheer love for children and the inner call for giving all the child equal opportunities they need to fly in life. She lives by the motto - “Every Child is Blessed”. She has vast experience of working in complex hospital and medical colleges setup and was attached with JIMSH, Kolkata medical college and hospital and largest neuro superspeciality hospital of Eastern India, Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata. She specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Neurorehabilitation and many more.
Dr. Abhirupa has two publications under her name and awaiting her third publication and has been an honorary speaker in International Conference on “Coma Stimulation” by University of Queensland, Brisbane. She has also jointly worked with IIT Madras on “Robotic Hand” during her stint with INK, Kolkata. She is an avid reader and continues her academic journey regularly by attending multiple CME conferences in various specialized fields under OT. She is a life member of AIOTA. She is also a trained classical dancer and loves to impart and share the same with kids. Abhishek Mohan is a Pune based Speech-Language Therapist and Audiologist with 16 years’ experience working with children and adults with special needs. He works with children from birth until they start school and has also spent years working with students in the school sector.
He’s also got a wealth of professional development under his belt. He’s spent 1.5 years as a Speech therapist & Audiologist at Armed Forces Medical College Pune and Bionic Ear function

She's an accredited ISO Certified Sensory Integration Therapist recognized by the Indian Autism Society. Driven by her passion, she's also proficient in Therapeutic Tapping (Institute of Manual Therapy & Taping) and
Physical Agent Modalities, certified by AIOTA (All India Occupational Therapy Association).
Her impactful journey includes collaborations with esteemed institutions like the Indian Navy Special School and INHS Ashvini Military Hospital. Dr. Shweta Bora, a certified Physiotherapist from Hardiker Hospital, Pune, possesses 12 years of extensive experience in this domain. Her training includes expertise in -Theraband, Ball, and Balance exercises, Occupational Therapy (with Dr. Sapna), Sensory integration, Pune Shoulder Rehabilitation Program (PSRP), Matrix Rhythm therapy etc.

Dr. Shreya Sarkar is a physiotherapist, special educator and masters in healthcare services with a
rich experience of more than 10 years in the field.
She worked in Apollo group of hospitals, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for around 4 years followed by VLCC Healthcare Pvt. Limited Mumbai and Pune.
With her compassion for special children she started working for special kids with autism ,adhd, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and learning disabilities for almost 7 years.
Her expertise varies from parent counselling to behavioural modification of kids with special needs.She has worked with kids of 2 to 15 years old in India as well as Czech Republic,Europe and is herself a proud mom of a 7 year old autistic boy.
Her vision alligns with the mission of the blessed ones that states our blessed kids are born to stand out and inclusion is an integral part of our society and hence is part of The Blessed Ones family!

Pallavi Malshe is a former engineer turned Dancer and Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) Practitioner. With training in Kathak and Contemporary dance, along with a diploma in DMT, she brings over 3 years of experience. Her expertise lies in working with children to enhance motor skills and self-expression, as well as adults for physical and mental well-being.
She has also contributed to therapeutic work with various groups and is currently a DMT Practitioner with us. As an experienced individual in the field, she embraces a humanistic approach, seeing potential rather than problems in her practice.

Dr. Vaishali Girme
M.Phil - Clinical Psychology
Dr Vaishali Girme (M.Phil - Clinical Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology) has extended her support to our initiatives and will be a visiting consultant at the blessed ones. She is a Clinical Psychologist and Child Behavior Therapist in Pune and has an experience of 11 years in these fields.
She practices at Sahyadri Hospital in Deccan Gymkhana, Pune. She completed M.Phil - Clinical Psychology from Sweekar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences, Secunderabad in 2017, Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology from Maharashtra Institute Of Mental Health in 2011 and M.A. - Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from Modern School in 2011.
She will be assessing kids at our center and provide inputs in areas where kids, therapists and parents have to work upon.

A Post Graduate in Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune, Krithika is a two-time Gold medalist in Psychology, from Pune University, 5th degree Graphologist. She has research paper presentations and publications in national and international seminars and has also been a corporate trainer for over ten years associated with Infosys, Red Hat, Cipla, Tata Motors, SKF etc.
Her love for children drew her towards working in schools as a Counselor, Psychology, and Life Skills Trainer for popular schools in Pune like Symbiosis, Orchids International, Beacon High school and Army Public Schools Pune and colleges like Fergusson, Jehangir Medical College,Sri Balaji University, MIT college.
She is a trained Classical Dancer in Bharat Natyam and has presented an international research paper on Dance Therapy and it's effects.
She is a proud mother to a special kid with autism and wishes to inspire all mothers of special needs kids. Being with The Blessed Ones since it's inception, she feels empowered as a mom and is able to motivate other parents to feel confident about self too. It changed and transformed her life 180° and she wishes to create the same impact in parents and special needs kids' lives because of The Blessed Ones.

Darshna is an experienced professor with demonstrated history of working in health wellness and fitness industry. She is skilled in Wellness coaching, dietetics, holistic health, nutrition and has proven track record of treating health issues with holistic approach.
She knows diet is a key to control human behaviors and proper diet is utmost important for kids with special needs. She will be ensuring proper diet plan for kids at the blessed ones whereas nutritionist at Singapore will help her to refine and provide guidance as applicable.
